Hey guys thanks fo the help,
MY scale tool, along with my translate and rotate tools have the same problem, the manipulators are off the grid and i cant see where they end, and ive tried everything so if you guys could help me id really apreciate it. Thanks

Tryed to center the pivot?

do you mean they are like really really big? or just not centered with what you wanna move?
if it's to big try the + and - buttons.... - would be the one you would need though if they are too big... and if it's the other problem then do as daywid said
