hey all, i have someone who would like to stay in the U.S. longer. I was hoping some of you may have some experience in this since we have a wide diversity of people. anyway lets begins

She is leaving in march, and we have the forms to fill out, but need to write a paper for why she wants to stay.

she's here on a tourist visa so she cannot say:
-wants to finish school ( not suppose to be in school )
-wants to continue her job ( no suppose to be working )

So I come for help from everybody here. also if anyone has done this, about how long does it take for it to process? Thank you!

Get a lawyer you will need one and lots of money, you'll need both.

Don't put too many details on the web, names etc as Immigration has spies and they're all over the web.
