WOW! Angel your sig is amazing, I have had ago at it myself (doesn't even touch yours). Ths is my first sig in about a month.

wow.. very glad you guys like my sigs ;)..
nice try m8..
alltough i don't know if you know this but here are some hints of how you could make it even cooler.. :D...
hint's
1. Gradient Maps - 
they are great with the colors, try simple black to white or anything and lower opcity or a blending option it looks great.
2. Smudgeing - 
makes a sig look realy good, try smudgeing and setting the layer to lighten looks good
3. Filters - 
Ocean Ripple ( not shure that it's ripple but ocean somthing ), sipple, spatter, 
[b]combos[/b]
well the one i most use is either.
Ripple - spatter ( layer to lighten and erace over stocks face ), 
Ocean ripple - Ink outlines ( layer to lighten and erace over stocks face )
Ripple - Ink Outlines ( layer to lighten and erace over stocks face )

Hope you can use this.. 
Oh and i light source, it could be a round gradient at the top, looks great..

erase where the spatter or w/e is on his body then it will look alot better
