Okay, I'v been working on my new web site now but I recognized one thing, If I want to write something on the site like news or something do I need to slice that spesific area and write the news in photoshop and the upload it again???
For Example:
News:
I went to mars in my car bla bla bla bla bla
and maybe next week I want to write something else, but How do I do that without writing it in photoshop and uploading it to the server?
Do I need to code this?

I ran in to that problem when i started webdesign also. My only suggest is going to be ditch photoshop (like i may have suggested to you before) and learn to code by hand. Also learn php and maybe MySQL... it will make life a lot easier.

Read this: http://slicingguide.com/
You want to use normal (selectable) text rather than "image text". Makes it way easier to update it. If you want to go even further you may want to use PHP and mySQL. Or if you don't want to go through the whole hassle of programming a CMS, you could just try downloading one, like Cutenews or similar.
