I would like to know any tutorial or guide on creating a calendar like date picker for a form?

Adam, he's talking about a calandar... you know, the kind that list dates, and when you click on a date it will put the selected date into a form field.

Unfortunately i don't know of any tutorials myself, but with a little searching i'm sure you can find one here or on google.

I managed to get one from pixel2life listing, but seems like I will be having problems with the digestion and the understanding of the code.
