I am in the middle of creating my site and i have come accross a problem. I have added a CSS code to both the page and the included style sheet, yet the scrollbar wont change color. The color of the scrollbar will only change on certain pages. If i add a text box to it the scrollbar in there changes. I just cant get the main bar to change. Can you check my source code and tell me what im doing wrong?

Your desired effect is not supported by all browser's.
For example, it might work in Internet Explorer, but not in FireFox.

is this not the coding help section? And IE should be the one supporting the scrollbars not anything else.
