Yup, another Noob on your hands here, this is my first post so be gentle. I've tried to find some tutes on expanding borders for websites but the pages that i click on seem to be dead links, can any one shed anylight on this tricky number i'm having probs with?

like makeing it larger? you can just go to Image > Image Size i beleive.

I think he means a fluid layout that expands. The best way is to create sections that'll repeat, and making them the background of a table cell, and setting the table's width to 100%.
