I am not really getting you. You said you know how to make a website, but you don't know what to do after you made it? Or you are saying that you know who to make a layout/template in Photoshop but you need to know how to code it into a site? Well, if the second question is what you mean, then look in "Slicing" tutorials, and that should explain it. If you meant the first question, well, sorry, but I can't help you in that. And if I didn't mention something you meant, then sorry.
