I just had an awesome idea, It would be cool if people could save websites that submit tutorials as favorites and when the site submits a new tutorial they would be notified (unless they didn't want to)

I don't think it would work quite well. Websites usually posts tutorials on various subjects. Why would you be interested in being notified on PHP, then CorelDraw, then Flash, etc...

Honestly I don't think many people will use that feature. I mean I don't think the favourites feature is overused?

Yea, personally i couldn't care less where the tut is coming from, as long as it covers what i'm looking for...
