Hi, well when I design in Photoshop all of the colors are lighter than what they would be if I were to save it. Anyone know how to fix this?

Try what that guy did, something is most likely wrong with your color settings.

Indeed, it looks like you use sRGB color space while editing and the save images as Adobe RGB.
Pull down Edit > Color Settings and check what kind of RGB used for previewing and what profile is imbedded on saving.
