Tree Component in Cold Fusion

hello,

does someone know a good way of saving and retrieving a tree hierarchy from a database?  I am working on a editable menu for a website which is very similar to the tree component (has sub nodes / menus). I have a JAVA code, but this has to be implemented in Cold Fusion .

Any help is greatly appreciated !
