I know im making myself look like a idiot, but in a vast majority of Photoshop Tutorials it says now insert your "Render".
I think "render" means the picture or photo you use
Am i right??

Don't worry we are all idiots at some point or another. But by you asking makes you not one.
A render is an image that you can place onto the graphic you are making. Most renders are cut outs of an original image.
