Nice.. good contrasts. Your typical look.. but then that seems to work so why change a winner I say. Like it.

It's a nice contrasting layout, but the Times New Roman font went out the door for web design years ago... well, for the majority of things. Maybe try Tahoma, Veranda or Arial
