hello I've attached a piece of a website and it is a small light effect they used on the website
and on the other website they used the Bling* effect i want to know how you can do that.
and if somebody wants to explain that o me please be my guest cause i really need your help!!!

The first one is most certenly a customiced brush that has been slapped on the edge. the second one is a cropped white radial gradient.
