I have just finished developing v3 of my website Dream Tutorials:

I have spent a while developing the site and it's good to have it up. Constructive criticsm would be appreciated.

I see that for your links you are not using ul or li tags. I also see that you are using an iframe? why when you could use a overflow div instead.
Other than that looks ok.

I probably will change the menus to use lists at some point and the Iframes are because of Google Ads slowing the site down.

its a nice clean design. a nice copy off the p2l tut record structure but then again most people seem to be copying that nowadays. The forum skin is bugged in FF it has a gap between the "Welcome Guest" box and the board link.

I like it, overall its a nice design. Good job.
