What would I need in order to create a website like Pixel2life? How could I create a website where all the pages appear in the same way, with indexing (numbers) along the bottom and content automatically displayed on a certain page number.

The reason I ask, is because I have a design I want to use, which would use similar features and would work in the same way.

If anyone could help me I would be very grateful!

You need a content management system. There are free ones out there but you could also get your own custom one made at a price. You'd need to hire a company to make a CMS for you.

Thank you for your response, would a content management system deal with everything? Is that all that this website uses for its appearance and everything else, so that lots of code doesn't have to be repeated on every single page?

Well, it would of course take knowledge of possibly advanced PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, skills to get a result similiar to this site. But, also you would probably have to consult with a content/navigation technique and design company, too. And that should follow you in the right direction.
