It's alright...
1. It doesn't look like it's in the centre/middle - but I may be wrong
2. I'm not too keen on the grain that you have around the arrows
3. I think think you may want to make the circle that the arrows create a little... rounder - looks like an oval at the moment.
Other than that, I'm not sure what to say.

It looks nice, but I agree with bug on not being too keen on the grain around the arrows... maybe make the edges of the arrows a little cleaner and make the grain a sort of glowing effect around the outside but not touching the actual arrows. Overall not a bad piece of work though!
