Ok, i really want to learn how to make templates. Can anyone teach me and tell me what i need to make a template? I will be really appreciated if you help me out! thanks!

gradient's, pattern, textures. use marque tool. or polygonal lasso tool.
brushing. e.t.c

remember to go layer>new>layer often so you get different styles on everything. if you understand.

hmm what size usually templates are..? btw im a professional sig maker but doesnt know anythig about templates, flash etc.

What's the size of your desktop
Usally 800x600 or 1024x768
