I have a suggestion to add a new forum to the board. A projects forum, so when someone is working on a large project (Using something like flash or PHP and MySQL or C++ or what ever.) Then they can post about their project in the projects forum and if it's complete when they post about it, they can receive comments on how it runs, what it's like, etc.

It's a just a thought, but I think it's pretty good.
