IE not correct

Now heres the Sizes:
My Montior: 1152 x 864 px
My Photoshop Size: 800 x 600 px

I am creating a website for my HCPT Group 57. Its a group that takes discable children to Lourdes, France every Easter.
Heres what i done in Photoshop CS.

Those pictures are how i want it to be display in IE or Firefox which ever the viewer is using (mostly basic IE7).

This is how i sliced it(using Imageready :

And yes it is a transparent background

In Imageready i use the File-> Output settings-> Background as these settings:

The outcome in IE7 is:

I don't want the background to be tile as that i just want it to be one full size like it is in Photoshop.


Also as u can see a white bit in IE view theres a white part under the header. That is meant to be a shadow from that. How do i get this to be shadow it is Shadow in Photoshop Cs.

Hope some of you pros understand what am saying here? And help me to get this done by the 29 March 2007.
And please don't comment on the design am happy the way it is.
