hey guys and girls i have a question i have gone to alot of sites and when you move your mouse over lets say "home" the color of the button changes like a sort of animation that only work when u move ur cursor of the part my question is , is there a tutorial on how to do that ? and if so using what program ?? thankz very much

Most people do it using the program called Macromedia Flash.

I have a tutorial on rollover images using Dreamweaver. Maybe you can use the concept from it to make your own. It doesn't use Flash though, but you could technically use an animated gif as the rollover image as well.

so that tutorial on ur site is like when the cursor rolls over the button it chamnges right ? nothing fancy cuz thats what i need a basic thing just something thats not just there but that has a sort of action
