I just reinstalled my Photoshop and updated everthing but under layer style all the textures are not showing..
For example this one I can't find... I don't even know how I get them on my previous computer?

Looks like a custom pattern.
Just open a new image, draw that pattern, hit Ctrl+A, Edit > Define Pattern... and save it. Now you'll have that pattern again.
