Ok, I found a tut here at one point, but I can't find it. How do you link to PART of an image in the BG?

I'm not sure if I'm understand you correctly... Could you rephrase your question?
From what I understood, you want to make a background image a link? You can't link background images, so it's not possible.

Part of an Image I want to link, BUT there is a way using DW. I do not want to have the whole image linked. I remember, when P2L was still in December form, there was links on the top that if you right clicked and said view background image, it showed all of the links and the header.
Basically, there is a way to put individual links on one image. I want to know how to.
