Is it possible to add a boomin effect to this?

LivinLife,
1. Open this pic in ImageReady
2. In the Animation palette, create a new frame
3. Open the Layers palette. There must be only Layer 1 there. Create a new layer (Layer 1 copy) and hide the previous one (click the "eye" next to the Layer 1)
4. Make some changes to the new layer (Layer 1 copy) - change its size, slightly tilt it, or something
5. Create the next frame > add another layer > hide the previous layer > make some chenges to the new one.
...and so on...
I attached the source file (rocking.zip) open it to see what I mean
