Only have domains with them. Surprised support is not helping you, have you tried phoning?

I figured it out. Still didn't get a response from support either but I got it. Apparently the download mods I have installed cant handle like 10mb+ file sizes on the forums..

Godaddy will need to change your php ini file to allow downloads of that size, default is 2MB's on most shared hosting.

Just place a php.ini file in the same location as the script is executing from with the line:
upload_max_filesize =2M
Change the 2 for the size you want to allow.

Just an FYI you wouldn't use a banana to cut bread so don't use a registrar to host your sites. GoDaddy hosting is known for being poor.

You will get a fair response from support, but it's nothing like that from a normal hosting company. Stick to using them as a registrar and find a good host instead, just my advice.

I also read that GoDaddy was suffering from DDOS attacks recently. That may also be why you saw issues.
