Village residents from the Rostov region of Russia caught a weird creature two weeks ago after a strong storm in the Sea of Azov

seeing as the second largest religion in russia is islam, the fact that it is arabic music playing, doesnt mean it could not have been in filmed russia?

First, I'm totally against it. Why, well first that stupid dried up manta ray is not a alien. If it was it'd also be laying on a piece of hard board or etc, not a cloth or towel or whatever that thing is. It seems to be frekken ugly, plus the music seems asian or mid-eastern muslim hip-hop 
or whatever. Anyways this thing is either probably was a real shark or something and got carved in the jaw two eyeball holes and one big stretched mouth hole. It's a cheap false of couse, that's my opinion.
