You know the bubbles in comic books with the text inside? how do you make that? or where can i find a tutorial about it, i don't know the name and it looks like i am typing the wrong name in.

id just use the elipse tool, make an oval. fill it white, and make a smaller one over lapping it and so on and so forth or try this

They're called speech bubbles. Have a read through this speech bubble tutorial.

I think theyre default shapes in CS2 anyway :P

About the link. I'm confused...layer 1 i went to rectangular marquie tool and colored the bottom inside green for the grass. I make a 2nd layer and did the same thing but the top half blue for the sky. I make a new layer for the sun. I make a new layer for 2 people. Now i made another layer for the eclipse tool...i tried making the rectangular marquie tool with the eclipse tool inside, it didn't work..dissapeared, then i tried just a marquie tool and another one after and it said "no pixels selected" and dissapeared...i even went to windows/path like what was mentioned for the eclipse tool and then the pencil tool right after.

Sorry, photoshop noob.
