Well i just take a big time without make any kind of signatures and like a month later im start again !

Anime is really hard to work with in signatures. To be honest for most of them it kind of seems like you just smacked the image onto some random background. Try to tone it down a little bit and play with the more simple things to get great results. You don't have to have a wild background to make a good signature you just need things to flow and create a little depth.
