Looks nice to me. Maybe sharpen the text on your links, its hard to read.

Agreed, you need to sharpen the text in the navigation, very hard to read but apart from that nice look

Maybe change the link text colour to white. Very hard to see as said above.

this page is very strange
the centred text and dashed borders all over without any padding is very strange
and I don't see a point of making a 3 column layout
besides the contrast and navigation needs imprrovements
PS: and, it's made out with tables using worng code
(51 errors)
