Hello people, I recently began work on my site xShad0w.com

I'm building it all from scratch under xShad0w.com/newdesign but my homepage is just some stupid template i found somewhere.

Anyway for my new design I had an idea to make all my tabs (if u look on the page you will see the tabs) dynamic, so that when u click them it doesnt reload the page just the bottom text part and stuff, i also wanted the forums to be like this, so that everything is under xshad0w.com, not like xshad0w.com/forum, xshad0w.com/flash, etc.

I have googled a bajilion different things on javascript dynamic tabs and its just too confusing, i have good understanding of all the languages including css and html, javascript i can understand it but not really much of a writer so if it comes to javascript go with lamens terms please. So thats my predicament, if anyone can help me, much appreciated. Also check out my site so I can pwn my friend with unique ip's, dont take that in any way but a joke by the way.
