Simple really. Open them in PS and copy and create a new file, paste in new file.
Grab a selection of the background where there is no text and make a new layer and paste it.
Now just ctrl-t (command t (mac)) and drag to cover text or what you want to change.
Now add your changes and save as psd and then save for web in format you want.
Done!

You can do that also. Use the wand tool one the logo and then copy to new layer and then colourize. Simple ;)

Maybe you can but I'm having a hard time trying to change the emblem with the background color

Btw your colors are a little faded compared to theirs

Honestly, why don't you just do your own from scratch. I mean such a small icon shouldn't be so hard.

mM we are not all as good with graphics as many here. We all start from the beginning and Davey5603 could very well be a beginner.
Like the old saying that many should remember.. "there is no stupid question if you do not know the answer."

@madMUHHH
I've made my own already before I even posted here but it doesn't look the same...
I want it to look like the official icons

If you can read my post more carefully I was asking if there was a .psd file that users can easily modify the font & font color, emblem color & emblem background, and border color without having to do all that work.

@Creative Insanity;

Look at your emblem its off and missing the emblem background
The first ones you posted looked better

Mine;

The font and emblem are a little messy but it works(too lazy to edit them).....but theres got to be an official .psd file out there. But until then I'll have to make my own.

The .psd I made can edit all those things, except emblem background.

Edit:

Edit2:
If you want to know how to chang eemblem/border color. I made a new channel (I accidently even did two) just make a selection of that channel and fill it with color.
