Can't access tutorials

Hi, i've tried accessing the tutorials both in Firefox and IE but when i click a link to an external site i get a 1 by 1 pixel gif image. I have no idea why, but it happens on other sites too occasionally. It's not often on every single link though
Does anyone know why this is?

If that fails and your using Kaspersky or some other virus ad blocker etc, disable the firewall

Thanks, pausing the ad blocker/banner blocker on Kaspersky fixed it!
