Sorry, I'm really new to CSS and Div coding.
I'm trying to convert a clients site to CSS/Divs and I don't know how to do one thing.. there is an image below which should help:

I don't know how to verticall align the text inside a div, I searched the forums and couldn't find anything :)

Do you mean horizontally align the links? If they are done with a list then display: inline will make them go horizontal.

Just don't give the div a height and add padding to the text inside it. The text will stretch the div automatically and thus always be in the vertical center.
