Could any1 link to a tutorial for making these kinds of pics?

well to be honest, id just change the pic to monotone then poster effect. buts thats my lazy way of doing it

maybe even use the pen tool and rub everything else out

I've seen a tutorial for doing exactly as the pic looks like. So there should be one somewhere around here.
