Remember when I told everyone that I'd have a little surprise for everyone that would like to advertise on P2L even if you don't have an advertising budget? Well I am very pleased to announce a sweet little upgrade to the P2L Ad System that I think you tutorial writers are going to love. Not only can you run your own Google ads on your published tutorials, but when you create an approved tutorial in the publishing system, you will be automatically awarded 50 click credits that you can use on our Ad System!

So here's the rundown on how this works:
  • Use the P2L Publishing System to create and publish a tutorial
  • The tutorial is reviewed as usual for acceptance to the main P2L Index
  • If your tutorial is approved, your account is credited with 50 Click Credits
  • You can now use your credits to create any PPC/CPM Ads on the site!
It's that simple!

If you have any questions about this new feature or about the P2L Publishing System or P2L Ad System, please drop me a line via PM or contact us.

Enjoy!
Dan

Currently the only thing you could do is attach the video as a file attachment and maybe have a screenshot of the final result or something and a "click below" to download the video kind of thing.

Here's an excerpt from the Advertise page concerning Click Credits for anyone who isn't 100% sure about them like I was.

Quote

PPC stands for Pay Per Click, and is one of the most popular advertising methods in the global internet market. The concept is simple, you pay for each unique click your ad receives. In order to create PPC campaigns, you simply purchase P2L Click Credits. Once you have acquired Click Credits on your account, you can create as many PPC based ad campaigns as you wish and assign clicks from your Click Credits. As a quick example, if you were to purchase 1000 Click Credits, you could then create 1 PPC ad campaign and assign all 1000 credits, or create 10 campaigns with 100 credits each, or even 100 campaigns with 10 credits each.

CPM stands for Cost Per 1000 Impressions. This means that you pay a set amount every time your and is displayed on the site 1000 times, regardless of how many clicks you receive. CPM campaigns run on the same credit based system as PPC campaigns, only you need to purchase CPM Credits rather than Click Credits. Once again, you must first purchase CPM Credits and then you are able to create as many CPM campaigns as you wish, and then assign CPM credits to them.

Haha now I got a dilemma. Do I want to write some tuts here to get some cash while my site is being made via the ads and earn some free advertising for later? or do I want to save em for my own site and get the money from my ads there and just submit it here for some extra clicks? :P

OOO, good thing I held on finishing the tutorial I was writing awhile ago when I was studying the system (which impresses me in every single possible way).

Great work as usual Chaos King, lol. :D
