I want to achieve the effect of when a sword slashes someone and blood spills, and I have been wanting to achieve this effect and learn how step by step ever since I first saw the trailer. Unfortunately, I am a novice at using After Effects and was wondering if anyone can make or knows where I can learn how to do this effect or a similar looking one. If you know anything of this sort, please, any information is helpful.
