Was just messing around in Photoshop, but I like how this particular picture turned out.
Note: Its suppose to be staticy/low quality to add to the image itself.

I usually dont do this kind of art ^^ (never) but alas, I got bored.
Basically it was just the careful use of the patch tool, blend, burn, add noise, and image adjustments in Photoshop.

Thank you for the comment.
I think however, that the simpleness of it adds to the dimension of an almost reality to it. Instead of loading it with grunge brushes, and out there effects I wanted something that was as if it were a real (although staticy) picture.
