to me it's not really a logo... more of somethign you would put on a sign for that club.... a logo is something simple and that can be recognized easly if its just the "shadow" of the logo... just my opinion... but its not bad what you did... only thing to me is why is their like a cyrcle gradient in the middle of the biker... I would remove that
