you just need to get a decent portfolio built up and its not that hard to get a job, there is alot of demand for it atm. were constantly looking out for new people!
@xfader: yeh the tree have opacity on them as i thought they were blocking out too much of the actual buildings. i generally try to steer clear of trying to do really realistic work, sometimes it lacks atmosphere/mood and one small mistake and you ruin the whole thing. i spent a long time debating what to do with those pissing trees
