Well I was wondering if any one could help me? I'm not able to view web pages source, I'm not sure why I just can't. Even when I try going View > Source, it doesn't work.

Another thing; you know the icon next to the http:// in the URL bar, when using IE it's suppose to be a small icon of IE, however mine looks like this:

Attached File  url.png   728bytes   56 downloads

Any thoughts?

Rich

Have you tried right clicking on the page and choosing View Source?

I don't think favicons work in earlier IE browsers, do you have IE 7?

Lol yes thats how I would usally view a page source, by right clicking.

No, however I always had the IE icon there, then all of a sudden, it vanished and the ability to view page sources did too.

If it still doesnt work post the URL here and we can take a look. You could also install firefox and take a look with that.

Yup just realised, the settings for how much memory the temporary internet files was way to big also.

I've got both icon and the abilty to view source back now :]

Apparently it's also a good idea to delete \Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\index.dat file when possible, just for any one who has the same problem in the future.

Rich.
