Hey guys, i'm just wondering how long dose it normally take you to design a website for a client.

Lets just say a 5 page website for example.

Home
About
Services
Contacts
Links

Also the site wont be content heavy. Just a simple website. Logo design included.

And how much would you charge for a site like this?

It depends, layout is what usually i take more time doing... Maybe a month is what i take because im not a good coder or designing so i have to follow tuts.
I usually charge 40bucks for sites in my money here in Brasil it would be like 20dolars.

If I have to do the graphics about 3 hours max. If the graphics are supplied about an hour or so.

Few hours, maybe a day at max.

Charge depending on how many hours and effort you put into it, your experience and of course the client's budget. Just ask a rough number of what they are willing to pay and make something nice out of it. ;)
