Hey guys,

Can someone help me out with this, its getting really annoying now.
Ok, so the problem is, whenever I use the Rectangle Marquee Tool and for example I make a box thats 200px by 200px and then click on Edit>Stroke and use 1 pixel for the width; The border doesn't come out like a 1 pixel solid color such as this:


But instead, it turns out like 3 pixels long and faded like this:

I'm almost positive that before when I used to do this that it would come out as a solid 1 pixel border but as of recently it hasn't, Its really getting on my nerves now and I usually don't ask for help but is there some kind of setting that I have on that I didn't realize? Did anyone have this same problem?

hey wen yah go to yah stroke settings chnage the location to center

Make sure when you select the Marquee tool, that the Feather setting at the top is set to "0", that would do it too
