thank

please view this page in IE6. there seems to be a problem where the content div (the right side) is getting pushed down. Now it appears it's getting pushed to the bottom of the left side div (the links on the left), which makes me think it's either a float or div size problem. I am doing the "if IE6" style sheet link at /IE.css . The content div currently has a black background while I trouble shoot. Please let me know if you come up with anything, as always IE6 brings my designs to a screeching hault.

thanks for a pleasant first post.

This is what you have at the moment:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

IE6 will only render properly when you are using the HTML 4.0 STRICT doctype, if you change that it will work.
