I have a dilemna. Over the past few months I have had two different gentleman work on my website. The first gentleman supposedly coded the shopping cart. The second gentleman did the design. However, the second gentleman informed me that he didnt see any type of coding for a shopping cart and would be willing to do this for an added fee. The first gentleman insists that he did the correct coding for the shopping cart and that the second gentleman is trying to swindle me.

Is there anyone out here that can tell me the truth? Can someone look at the site and determine if there is a cart anywhere out there? Or if need be, I can give passwords to log in to my server or whatever that is called where you go to ftp files and what have you to see if you see any remnants of a shopping cart?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do not know what to look for so I dont know who is telling the truth!

I see nothing but it would help if you knew the directory.

I know nothing about webdesign or coding so I dont know what you mean by a directory. What is it that I need to look for?

Thanks.

your directory is your file folders or file structure on your server, when you login go to your CPanel or ftp and go into your main WWW Folder see if you can see a folder named as a shopping cart etc, easier way would be to see if a database was created under your Mysql.

if you trust me to look for you message the details and I'll take a peak for you.
