That whole bar is a maintitle. I don't need a tutorial for making one exactly like that, but I do need one that shows you how to make a clean one in GIMP. Can anyone help me?

I need a tutorial for making something really clean cut, sort of metallic in GIMP.
Here is an example of what a maintitle is.
