(There may be an occassional problem with some images not loading or the page going to the wrong place, I need to work it out with my host, there's some weird problem there)
So, what do you think of the layout? I tried to keep it simply but nice, you know? It's not very Web 2.0, but I guess that's OK? Maybe next I'll try a new style.
My bigest question is about the borders. I kinda like it, but do you think they are too thick? Or does it match the layout theme?

I like it.
I don't think the borders are too thick for the style. it give it the cartoon/comic book feel.
One thing that does bother me is that the login bg repeats...need to change the size so it fills that space perfectly.

Yeah, I wasn't sure what I was doing wrong when I put it in and every time I changed the login part, it became worse in either Firefox or IE, so I gave up 
I'm going to fix it once I finish exams this week though.
