I'm planning of buying a laptop in a couple weeks so I've been looking around for a good one. I would like to get a tablet for taking notes at school (teachers here generally dislike the typing noise), but it seems that unless you want to pay well over $2000, tablets simply don't have very good specs.
I would love a tablet I could use to play World of Warcraft without the lag being too bad and the graphics being choppy, but isn't much more that $1500... Any suggestions? Anybody own a tablet that can give some input on whatever brand it is?
High Quality Tablets?

tablet+games is a bad idea, i tried playing both fps games and WoW using a tablet but its impossible to turn your character using a tablet even tough you could mouse trough the ui of wow with it. The camera/your character starts to spin out of control and it becomes impossible to steer.
I presume you are talking about a tablet pc and not a drawing tablet when you say 1500$+ because a drawing tablet is hardly that expensive. A quality tablet pc is im afraid really that costly these days, in a couple of years or so they will prob become cheaper but as it is now, you get what you pay for. A standard laptop + a regular tablet or one of those new wacom bamboo tablets would likely be a cheaper alternative if you want to type and stuff like that. http://www.wacom-eur...amboo.asp?pdx=1
