LOS ANGELES - Paris Hilton was taken from a courtroom screaming and crying Friday seconds after a judge ordered her returned to jail to serve out her entire 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case.

"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience.

Most drink drivers would get 2-3 years but she gets 45 days? I'm glad shes going back but she should serve longer.

Yay! Celebrity or not you should receive full punishment. End of story.

Why does a movie star get paid millions of dollars to make a 2 hour movie, yet cops who risk their lives daily don't get paid 1% of what they make? I'm completely oblivious..

Celebrate good times come on ... (tutututu) It's about time that bitch went back to jail. Trying to worm out of it and screaming "it's not fair" in her court case. It's "not fair" you got to get out of it for a day or two.

she's on house arrest and she's out driving to begin with? that's just dumb.

Quote

She pleaded no contest to reckless driving and was sentenced to 36 months' probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines. In the months that followed she was stopped twice while driving on a suspended license. The second stop landed her in Sauer's courtroom.
