Hi, I'm currently trying to upgrade my notebooks processor, but I can't find any sites that explain what style of processor my notebook can hold.

The models: A105-2001

It currently has a Intel CeleronM 1.7ghz, I believe it's a socket 478 for a mobile pc. I'm really looking for an intel pentium processor of 3.0 ghz if even possible. I asked a store near me and they said if it runs an intell celeron m it can most likely hold a intel pentium m.

If anyone could find a list of processors my motherboard could suport that would be very helpfull, I've searched my model number in good and only got 2 things found and neither were for what I am looking for. I also looked for reviews, specs, info, processors, motherboard, toshiba, and still couldn't find anything.

Again help would be greatly appreciated, this is the biggest thing i would like to upgrade in this notebook, and I know most people just say to get a new notebook instead of upgrading but I really like this one except for the processor.

[Edit] Just found out some new info with CPUZ.

Manufacturer: ATI
Model: SB450
Chipset: ATI - RS400/RC400/RC410
Southbridge: ATI SB400
Sensor:1028 - 2404
