Image link to a existing webform

i wanted to use an image which i drew on photoshop instead of a button to be used a link to another webform. can someone tell me how should i do that?

Not too sure if I understand you correctly, however I think this is what you are looking for...

<input type="image" src="blahblah.jpg" alt="Submit">

If it is not what you need, could you go into a little bit more detail?
